This package was deprecated in release 0.3.1 (Ocean 8.1) and removed in Ocean 9.

For solving problems with constraints, we recommend using the hybrid solvers in the Leap service. You can find documentation for the hybrid solvers at Sampling with Hybrid Solvers.

The dwavebinarycsp package is here. It is no longer maintained.
